The programme also includes a visit to the former concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, the place of the martyrdom of St. Maximilian Kolbe and St. Edith Stein. The route takes us to the most important place of pilgrimage in Poland - the Pauline Fathers' Monastery in Czestochowa, where there is time for reflection and common prayer in front of the icon of the Black Madonna and where mass in the basilica is the highlight of this trip. Our journey ends in Warsaw, where the focus of the tour will be on the resistance movement against the communist dictatorship.
