Hi Ewa,
I trust you are well.
I just wanted to say many thanks for arranging such a beautiful pilgrimage for us. We were truly blessed and touched by the generosity of the polish people we met along our prayerful journey. We so look forward to another Poland pilgrimage next year with your assistance. I would like us to add a few more places and take out some from the itinerary. We now have a flavour and want to experience more. I will come back to you with a few suggestions and I would greatly appreciate suggestions from you as well given your experience. Please feel free to suggest dates in May-June next year.
Ela, our guide and Mario, our driver were truly great and would like to have them on our next trip. Please pass my regards to them as well.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards

I want to thank you for all the work you did organising our tour to Krakow.
The whole event was extremely successful and enjoyed by all members of the party. The whole weekend went very smoothly thanks in no small part to Katarzyna who really made sure we were in the right place at the right time. All venues were really wonderful to sing in. It was a shame we were short of time in the salt mine chapel as it was beautiful singing there.
You were absolutely correct we loved singing at the Castle in Niepolomice. In fact our Music Director said it was the first venue he genuinely would like package up, put in a bag and take it everywhere with him. We had a small but very enthusiastic audience. What made that special is they were singers from the local choir and they were so engaging and responsive it would have been very hard not to perform for them.
The Church of St Peter and St. Paul was equally as impressive but in different ways including what must have been a 3 second echo. Although a big venue for 25 singers it was an easy venue to sing in.
I think the programme we took worked well in those acoustics and we had some lovely comments from the audience including Katarzyna.
Once again thank you for all you did and I would be very happy to recommend you to any other musical organisations contemplating using your company to arrange a tour to Krakow.
Kindest Regards

Hi Ewa,
Back home after a 3-days stay in Krakow. What a very nice city it is. Everything went well. The hotel was a good choice.
The guide Karolina was so nice and she knew so many things. We got along very well.
The diners were also fantastic. The excursions to Auschwitz and Birkenau were very impressing.
Also there a very nice guide. The salt mines also a good choice.
And of course without your help I couldn’t have done it. So many thanks for your help.
Regards

Dear Ewa,
Thank you. We indeed had a great time in Poland. Gregory handled us with care and superb professionalism. He did an impressive job as our tour guide. The program that you have arranged for us was well tailored. Thank you for that too.
All in all it was a great success to the satisfaction of each one of us.
We are looking forward to our next visit in the future with another group through you.
My best regards,

Dear Ewa,
we returned home safely. We enjoyed our trip immensely and are looking forward to coming back to Poland again one day. There was so much to see. Maria was an exceptional tour guide and a dear soul. We hope to see her again. She was so kind to us. Stan in Zakopane was wonderful too.
Thanks for all of your help.
We had a lovely time.

Dear Agnieszka, dear Ewa,
I just would like to take the opportunity to thank you very much on behalf of my colleagues Delphine Attal and Sandra Arditti as well as Rabbi Mendel, Rabbi Zalmy and the whole group, for your excellent work.
All was just very devine and very well chosen, starting from the tour guide who was very knowledge, the different, wonderful and very impressive guest speakers you arranged, organising the beautiful synagogues and allowing us to have our private ceremonies, handling so well our packed program and getting all our requests included. The whole trip was a great success and all group members appreciated very much your quality work.
We wil be more than happy to recommend your agency to others and I am sure we will come back with other groups.
Thank you once again for arranging such a beautiful life-time memory for us.
Kind regards
Dear Mr Marek Frysztacki,
Now that we have returned to our everyday affairs (we all arrived safely back in Neuss), I would like to thank you sincerely once again. You put together a superb programme, which together with good guides was a wonderful experience for us. The members of our choir not only discovered Krakow, but also fell in love with the city. Your office played a key role in that. We were also pleased with the choice of hotel. This was our first trip during which no-one complained about anything – and that is a rarity!

Hello Ewa,
Our stay in Prague passed in a good, friendly atmosphere, surrounded by the care of our guide, Silvie, who was able to adapt to our group. (And that was not an easy task!)Our only point of criticism was the day of our arrival: the welcome from the hotel staff, who treated us rudely. That was a shame, because the Yasmin Hotel that you chose for us is in a very good location, the rooms are large and comfortable, and all the other services are as they should be.This disappointment was soon forgotten on arriving at the U Pinkasu restaurant, and after the platter of cold cuts that we were served. (What a surprise!)After lots of visits around the city, we ended the second day of our stay with a con-cert in the Grand Hotel Bohemia. A wonderful evening in pleasant surroundings, im-peccable service, and above all a superb, wonderful musical and vocal interpretation of works by Mozart. On the third day we continued our sightseeing, and then did some shopping. We visited beer halls (I don’t remember the names), where we were able to explore vari-ous different flavours of beer and compositions of meats and pickles in a fun atmos-phere. On the fourth day we went on beautiful excursions to Cristtal Nižbor and then to Karlstejn castle. At midday we took great pleasure in tasting Czech specials at the U Adama restaurant. In the evening we went to the Nebozizek restaurant at the top of Petrin, where the food was super, but unfortunately it rained heavily, which prevented us from enjoy-ing the view of the city. A shame! In summary, we would like to thank you for your selection of hotel, sightseeing and excursions, not forgetting the restaurants, which had a lot of qualities. We have not forgotten our guide, Silvie, who coordinated the programme, taking into consideration the personal weaknesses of those in the group, and who intro-duced us to the city transport system.

Hello Madam,
In these few words I want to say how pleased we were with your services; every-thing went perfectly. Thank you.

Hello Ewa,
We are back in France and have pleasant memories of our stay in Krakow. The Co-lumbus Hotel was very good; the organisation and all the guides were competent and friendly, not to mention the driver for our airport – hotel – airport transfer. Thank you for the many e-mails we exchanged and the work you did.
